Terms of Service for IGO Pay

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "Sign In", authenticating via Google OAuth, accessing the merchant dashboard, or integrating our developer APIs/SDKs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound legally by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Gateway & Aggregator Services

IGO Pay provides online merchants and businesses with technical aggregation infrastructure enabling the acceptance of customer payments through digital financial systems including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, debit/credit cards, and internet banking. IGO Pay acts as a technical intermediary and routing software platform.

3. Merchant Eligibility & Compliance

Merchants utilizing IGO Pay agree to adhere strictly to all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh:

• You must provide truthful, current, and verified business and contact documentation during KYC onboarding.
• You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your API keys, webhook secrets, and dashboard login passwords.
• You are solely responsible for goods, services, and transactions fulfilled on your customer-facing applications.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not utilize IGO Pay infrastructure to conduct, facilitate, or promote:

• Unauthorized gambling, illegal betting, lottery operations, or pyramid schemes.
• Fraudulent activities, phishing, stolen financial credentials, or money laundering (AML violations).
• Sale of illegal narcotics, weapons, unauthorized digital goods, or counterfeit merchandise.
• Circumvention of system rate limits, denial-of-service attempts, or reverse engineering of IGO Pay APIs.

5. Transaction Fees & Settlement Schedules

Service charges and transaction fee percentages are specified transparently in your merchant dashboard pricing agreement. Funds processed through your verified payment channels will be settled according to your designated schedule (e.g., automated instant, daily, or T+1) directly to your designated bank account or business MFS wallet, minus applicable transaction fees and statutory taxes.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your merchant account, revoke API credentials, and freeze associated settlements immediately without prior notice if we detect suspicious fraudulent chargebacks, policy breaches, or unlawful transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IGO Pay and Imperial Group disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall IGO Pay be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from upstream telecom network outages, banking downtime, or merchant system malfunctions.
